In the view of worldwide Covid-19 pandemic and travel restrictions, the annual VITAL project meeting was organized virtually by Zoom on 3 consecutive days, January 13h-15th 2021. The whole project team and VITAL advisors joined the meeting online to present the progress of each work packages, discuss and make the plan to achieve the deliverables of the second year. The project team have managed to make the project progressed so well, despite all the Covid 19-related limitations on patient recruitment and operation. The meeting was extremely successful and was a great opportunity to bring people together for updating the project development and brainstorming more research ideas.
