VITAL is a multidisciplinary project that brings together clinicians, biomedical engineers, physiotherapists, computational and social scientists to use innovative approaches to improve the care of critically ill patients. To ensure the success of VITAL project, OUCRU has formed an innovation project team including members with different expertise from Emerging Infection group, Dengue group, Biostatistics group, Clinical Trial Unit, IT and data management group, Social science and health economics team, with an aim of supporting each other and overcoming the challenges of this project. An internal project meeting is organized every 3 months at OUCRU to keep each team member updated with study progresses, discuss and exchange the ideas, address difficulties and drive the project to run smoothly and effectively.
